Fc 26 Ultimate Edition not Starting on Xbox Series X

I purchased the FC 26 Ultimate Edition from the Xbox Store and have been trying to launch it since yesterday. The game loads the welcome screen, but then the display goes black and stays that way. I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps: switching to a different screen, changing display settings from Dolby Vision to HDR and then to standard 1080p, but the issue persists. Interestingly, when I press buttons on the controller, I can hear the navigation sounds in the background, which suggests the game is running but not displaying correctly.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, did you find a solution?”**

    I am also having the same issue - doesn’t seem to be a fix Ive had it all week and tried everything to get it started. not been able to launch it past the main menu - I’ve resorted to downloading the Xbox one version until it starts working

    and EA support reply was horrible, just the usual troubleshooting nonsense which leads to nothing

    yeah ive tried everything on all of the troubleshooting options out there - even cleaned my xbox by taking the case off - no solution as of yet - tried to refund but xbox denied it

    Same problem here. The only thing I've been able to do is install and play the XB1 version. I've done every suggestion to try to get it working, and nothing has helped. And after the update earlier, it is now wanting me to buy the standard edition, and will not load the ultimate at all (even after reinstalling the game, and resetting my XB completely to refresh game licenses).
