FC 26, Ultimate Team Connecting Issues

I keep getting messages like “Unable to process” and “Cannot connect to Ultimate Team servers.” I’m able to load into Ultimate Team, but whenever I try to play Squad Battles, it kicks me back to the main menu and forces me to reload. If I’m lucky, I can start a match, but usually within a minute I get kicked out with the “Unable to process” error.

On rare occasions, I can finish a full game, but it still doesn’t count because the same error appears. I’ve already spent over 11 hours just trying to play Division Rivals or Squad Battles, and the only mode I can consistently play is Moments (to try and earn packs).

I’ve tried restarting my system, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and using the repair option — nothing has fixed the issue. This is annoying cuz I spent money to play 7 days before the release date!!

  • i have the same issue, i bought the game in my PS5 and i cant even enter the UT menu.
