FC 26 Ultimate version FC Points did not arrive.

I purchased the EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Ultimate Edition for PS4 and PS5. However, I did not receive any of the rewards that are included in the Ultimate Edition, such as FC Points and icon packs. I request that I receive all the rewards that were included in the edition I purchased . 

I can't find a solution. I'm told the problem might be server-related, but there's still no progress.
