I have the same issue and i tried reaching out to EA to fix this issue but i failed
I had the same problem on my PS5. The problem for me started when i installed the FC Companion App on my phone.
Here is my fix.
You need to turn off two factor authentication and it will start working.
But the FC Companion App will stop working until you turn it back on
where do i turn that off at?
