FC Points didn't transfer

Hey guys, I purchased some FC points before the game came out on Fc25 to be transferred over to 26 but when I played 26 and clicked to transfer points nothing came over? What's the best way to get this resolved as I went through the online chat and they are absolutely useless in no way even slightly interested in helping.
