FC points not added after purchase

I purchased FC points via the in game store on PC. The points were not added to my account, but my debit card was debited for the money. This happened not once but twice. I contacted EA support in the chat and they gave me the run around. I am afraid to dispute the charges with my bank and getting my account banned. Anyone else had this issue? 

when I go to my order history it says payment failed, but as I mentioned the money has been debited out of my account.

    Hey BirdieMonster​ If your transaction status shows as “Failed,” that means it was rejected and did not go through.  If the money isn’t showing in your account, it’s possible that it’s been temporarily held by your bank. In most cases, those funds will return to your balance within a few days, but it’s best to check directly with your bank to confirm.

    EA placed a hold on the account for the total of both transactions 7 days ago. My bank cannot do anything until the hold is dropped. EA support said wait 10 business days and the hold will drop off. How is it acceptable to hold my funds for 10 business days and not provide what I purchased. Especially with ultimate team being limited time so the evolutions and packs I wanted to do I now have to buy more points and be out twice the amount of money
