FC Points not credited since Jan 16 — payment taken! Anyone else?

Hi everyone,

I bought FC Points on January 16, the money was deducted from my bank, but the points still haven’t been credited to my account.

EA Support has confirmed that they see the issue, but nothing has been resolved yet.

Has anyone else experienced this?

How long did it take for your points to arrive?

Is there any way to speed this up without going through PlayStation Support or the bank?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
