Future Stars Event Disconnection

Hello , ive been trying to play future stars event since day 1 and i still cant seem to play a game i get disconnected the moment the game kicks off i lost 8 entries without even playing a single game , i tried to not skip teams introductions and i dont have future stars player to avoid bugs but still no solution and i cant seem to contact EA anywhere
