FC Pro Open GQ Day 1 Assignment

Hello, has anyone experienced this? The FC Pro Open GQ Day 1 quest, which consists of two stages: watching a 15-minute broadcast and an hour, only completed the first 15 minutes. I watched the broadcast for over 2 hours (on my computer) and then on my phone, but I was logged in on both devices. Secondly, when will the FPS drop be fixed? During the match break, the FPS drops to 10 and it's impossible to play. Another bug is the constant loss of connection to the opponent during matches, even though the internet is fine.
