Missing FC Pro Rewards matchday 1 and 2 Objective

I tryd this but not works

I watched matchday 1 and 2 both on YouTube but no rewards in my account. It's been a week! How can this be resolved? It will stop me bothering with today's and tomorrow's matches at this rate.

I wanted to see if EA plans to do anything for those of us who have not received our Twitch rewards for watching any of the Pro Open matches. I've filed a ticket and received no feedback, and the live chat people aren't a help either.

Based on these forums, I'm not the only one with this issue. It would be nice if the company were more professional in addressing these issues.

In the meanwhile, you can also try relinking your Twitch/Youtube account, since that seemed to solve it for a few others.

I recently watched the entirety of FC Pro Open matchday 1 and 2. I have my EA account linked to youtube and twitch. Yet i did not get to claim the objective for the rewards. I saw that it could take up to 24 hours for the objective to be claimable. I am now 100+ hours further and i still haven't received anything.

UPDATE:  I have managed to fix mine and all objectives are now completed in game and I can claim them. 
I logged into twitch on the desktop site went to the connections page and disconnected my ea account. I then went to the drops page and under the fc ones it said to connect game account. I clicked on this and reconnected after this I logged out then went onto the game and they were all there

Relinking ea account helped. Thank You.
