FC26 - Evo issues

On FC26, I cannot put my player into another evo and can’t claim the expired evo as it has disappeared when i completed it so im stuck with a player who is missing stat upgrades (86 passing) and is currently a current evo so i cant put him into cosmetic evos. Can anyone let me know what to do
