Draft Glitch

I am so fed up of people quitting on 3-0 and doing that glitch. Now after getting toty mbappe, pele 96 and cruyff 94 up top, literally played 10 minutes with them and trying to get that draft token at least but 15k just went down the drain, because somehow I am not eligible. It happened 3 times so far in the last 2 weeks. I need someone to reach out to me and figure this out because this is getting ridiculous!
