FC26 Clubs search for teammates

When my 3 friends and I want to play clubs rush, it says searching for teammates (even when all four spots are taken and find goalkeeper is disabled), the screen stays on “searching for teammates” for a long time before saying “Unable to find additional teammates. Please try again”. When I play with two of my teammates it will find a game just fine, but once our friend joins it won’t.
