FC26 Constant Crash - No error report

My PC version of FC26 is completely unplayable and has been for months now, with seemingly random crashes during gameplay and in menu screens and on start up. The most playtime I've gotten in months is not even making it to half time of a career mode game. This issue has persisted across multiple game updates - with the game currently up to date.

I've done complete reinstalls of the game, repair of the game files, graphics card driver updates, and cleared caches and the issue still persists. No application level crash reports are produced by this issue - I've checked Event Viewer and set up full local crash dumps specifically for FC26 but still no report or message is given for the crash.

I run a 4070Ti Super so graphics and memory should not be an issue causing the game to crash.

I've not found any forums or information that have helped with this issue so I really need help in diagnosing the issue before working out a solution to the problem.

Hey! I'm having the exact same problem and tried everything. Here's the report. I've never been part of a insider/preview build. Just a normal windows user .

I don't believe I am apart of the windows insider program though so I don't know why that appears.

No where else on my PC suggests I'm on a build that would be unsupported? If my PC is running an up to date version of Windows - as released on the 18th of July and I've not joined the insider program, what other steps could I take?

I'm seeing the same unsupported Insider/Preview build as before:

    Operating System: Windows 11 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 26200) (26100.ge_release.240331-1435)

A Dxdiag from the new Windows install will be super helpful to diagnose your current issue. The error reporting in that file will likely be different due to the new Windows setup. Thank you. EA_Barry.

I just updated Windows, which now shows as version 25H2 OS Build 26200.8894 and I still get the same crash issue? It's a licensed version so I'm not sure what steps to take next to resolve this.

Here are details I get about the windows version I'm running through entering slmgr /dli in command prompt:
    Name: Windows(R),
Core edition Description: Windows(R) Operating System, OEM_DM channel
    Partial Product Key: FC2HD
    License Status: Licensed

Thanks. You are using an unsupported edition or build of Windows that prevents Kernel Mode drivers required for EA anti-cheat from loading. Please switch to a regular retail build of Windows and retry playing. EA_Barry.

Please generate a Dxdiag report and post that here. We may be able to help you with troubleshooting using the info in that file. Thank you. EA_Barry.
