FC26 CRASH AFTER CONNECTING TO EA SERVERS

Since yesterday i have this issue with the game, after start the game, if i go offline the game goes smooth no problem, if i try to access the ea servers the game, after connect to the servers the game instantly crash and close, and then i found myself in the windows desktop. i attached the dxdiag

Thank you. It's possible this is an issue with EA AntiCheat. Try the following:

Close the EA App

Navigate to C:\Program Files\EA\AC

Run EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe as an Administrator

Select FC 26 and uninstall AntiCheat

Restart and run the installer again. Reinstall AntiCheat

Launch FC 26 as an Administrator

Your Intel DPU driver is from March of 2023. Make sure you install the latest Intel graphics driver from Intel's Driver & Support Assistant.

You're using a Hybrid graphics laptop so let's make sure FC 26 is using the Nvidia GPU. Here are those steps:

In Windows, go to System > Display > Graphics

Add FC26.exe

Set High Performance (Nvidia GTX 1650)

In the Nvidia control panel go to Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > FC26.exe > High-performance Nvidia process

Disable overlays from Discord, Steam, GeForce Experience, MSI Afterburner/RTSS. There should be no overlays at all enabled.

You also should repair FC 26 in the EA App. Instructions are here for that.

still doesnt fix for the past 3 weeks ive task manager closed everything took everything out of my usb ports apart from my controller uninstalled the anticheat reinstalled it made a new windows desktop account cleared my EA cache uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times still hasn't fixed this has also been happening to many other players for months please fix this

exactly, every time i try to connect to ea servers, the game shut down, after the connection, it happens, in the first screen that appears when the game starts, and if i start the game offline and the i decide to go online it happens again

Hi there. Thanks for getting in touch about this. Just to be clear, are you saying any time you go to any online mode, your game closes and you're returned to your PC's desktop?
