fc26 crashes while trying to enter rush game on ps4

 i try to play the rush mode on my ps4 every time i select the player i want to play with and start entering the game the game freezes on a grey and sometimes black screen for around 10 seconds then it crash .... i tried 3 times and same results i don't wanna get banned plz solve this problem ..
