FC26 Crashing mid game PC

Every time I get in a game (every game mode) my game crashes and I go back to my desktop with no error. It’s like pressing alt+f4. It was working fine the first day but after that my game crashes 3-5 min into a game.

I have tried everything to fix it but nothing works. It’s so annoying and I need help to fix it ASAP. I payed extra just to play it early and I can’t even play.
