Urgent Technical Issues with EA FC 26

Good evening, EA team,

I would like to report an extremely frustrating issue I've been facing since I purchased EA FC 26. In offline modes, the game constantly freezes and suffers from speed lag, making the experience nearly impossible. In online modes, such as Rivals, the controls simply don't respond — players remain still, frozen, with no reaction whatsoever. It's unacceptable for a game of this scale, for which I paid a high price, to show such instability.

Since the early release on the 19th, I haven't been able to play a single online match properly. This has caused a major inconvenience. I feel cheated as a customer, as I bought a product expecting quality and functionality — not an incomplete and faulty version.

I sincerely ask EA to address this issue urgently. It's not fair for players to be left at a loss. If no immediate solution is provided, I request a refund of the amount paid. The community deserves respect and a game that works as promised.

In addition to the issues already mentioned, I must highlight the critical latency situation. I used to play with a stable ping of 18 to 20ms. Now, the ping is completely out of control, fluctuating between 56ms, 274ms, and even reaching an absurd 500ms. This makes any online match unplayable — delayed commands, frozen gameplay, and a frustrating experience.

This instability is unjustifiable, especially in a game of this caliber. The servers are clearly not delivering the minimum required for acceptable performance. It's a huge inconvenience for those who invested money and time expecting quality.
