Fc26 disconnecting from almost every single match

Everytime I play a match in ultimate team or clubs I lose connection to the EA server. I can play for hours trading cards and in the menu but when I join a game it disconnects 9 out of 10 times. 

I have 1GB download speed via Ethernet into my Xbox series s. There are no other devices on the same internet network. I have approx 800mb download speed and 60 to 100 upload speed

 also want to point out I only have these issues with FC 26. I also play UFC 5 and don’t disconnect from EA servers and rarely experience network issues with any other gameI need assistance on how to actually resolve this as EA loves to just blame my internet service provider but I’m only disconnecting from EA servers, not Xbox live, speed test from Xbox attached 

I have disconnected from about 75% of my online games in the last 2-3 days.
