FC26 few seconds long input delay fix

I recently had this issue with FC26 after the new update, that whenever i queued into a rivals game i had massive input delay, like 1-2 seconds long. The game was unplayable, and had me wondering what could i do to fix this, i changed every graphics setting to low, but nothing worked. It even had me thinking that my (wired) controller wasn't working, but that couldn't be the issue since i could play squad battles without any problems. I just recently found out that if you turned your fps cap to 30, and turned on VSYNC you could actually play the game without that massive input lag. Most people would find this a really bad thing that a company can't fix their games issues (I do too), but I saw a lot of people having the same issue here so I decided to share my experience on the topic. 

So yeah, thats about it, I couldnt find any alternatives for this issue until now, so i think this is the only thing that really works.
