Fc26 freezing on ps5

bought the game today.

installed onto ps5. All updates downloaded etc.

2 mins into game and it freezes!!

ps5 controller showing red light. No matter how long I waited the screen froze.

i have restarted in safe mode and cleared cashe and rebuilt database.

still freezing!

is this a game issue? Everything else works fine games wise on my ps5.

very frustrating!!
