FC26 Grey/Black Screen

Made it into the game after clicking through the black screen. Now I’m in the main menu, but no menu options appear. Had to try remote play to even be able to get rid of the black screen. Has anyone run into this issue? The game is the only one that has this issue on my Xbox. Previous FC games open fine. I click through a black loading screen, get to that menu, but there's nothing except a blank screen.

    Hey there,
    Could you please try the following steps to see if they help resolve the issue?

    1. Delete your existing settings and game save files from both your console and the cloud.
    2. Restart your console, then unplug it for about 2 minutes to clear the cache.
    3. If you have other profiles, try launching the game on one of them to check if the issue persists.
