Fc26 is unplayable - so much glitching

No matter what I play it could be a rush match, a rivals match, anything. All my inputs are so delayed and my game is in super slow-motion at like 0.5x speed. Has happened in every single match I have played.  Literally unplayable it's so **bleep**

I normally end up leaving before the match even gets to half time as it is so unplayable, but I just played one match and let it play - ended up just saying I "lost connection" at around 55mins in. 

especially unhappy since I only had the 10 hour trial and I now only have less than 1 hour left as most of the time has been spent trying to fix my game.

idk if this matters or not but I use an xbox bluetooth controller on pc
