FC26 not loading

I play on Xbox and my game isn’t loading. I click play and then the game starts to load but then it goes blurry and the in game menu screen doesn’t come up. You usually see the connecting to EA servers but that’s not coming up either. 
I log out of my Xbox profile and log in as my brother and the game then loads and plays fine. 
I’ve spoken with EA live chat as well as Microsoft and nobody has been able to fix it. We have tried uninstalling the game, deleting the active squad on the FC website. 
my Xbox is all fine and cache cleared etc 
they don’t think it’s an Xbox issue as it loads fine on my brothers profile. Does anyone know anything else I can try please?
