FC26 offline issues

I am having serious issues with FC26, I can’t play more than one or two games before the game freezes and then shuts down kicking me off to the main Xbox menu. I’ve tried multiple things to see if this is an issue with my Xbox but it only happens on this game. 
I'm seriously annoyed!!
