FC26 Preorder Icon

I pre-ordered FC26 on the 18th August , but it didnt tell me it takes the money later on and I didnt have it in my account and it cancelled it. I feel I should get the icon as I had the money when I preordered on the 18th August.

    I also received the FC25 icon pick so thats why i didnt think there was any problems.
