Fc26 season pass dosent work

So when I try to access the season pass it says that it I can’t access it and I can’t earn sp towards it because of this I have missed out on around 5 levels worth of rewards and I still can’t access it I have tried altering my 2fa resetting my ps5 re-downloading fc26 and restoring my cache but nothing worked can somebody help me fix it
