fc26 splash page

Hi. I'm having the same issue as described above, for 2 months already. Tried every fix. Downgraded to win10. Installed and reinstalled everything.

No error message is appearing, it just sends me back to EA app. Game runs on PC and was bought on Steam. 

No one from support is helping or noticing this. Maybe even they don't know how to solve this.

Update: after checking Event Viewer, seems like the error is with the Activation64.dll.

How can we solve this?

Hi i have the same exact problem it opens tje splash screen then a black screen and it closes and sends me to the ea app, i’ve tried everything i updated my bios mu drivers instaled c++ repair files on steam, uninstalled 4 times and inatalled i even did a factory reset on my pc, its very annoying and stressful yo spend money on a game you cant play if someone knows how to fix this please help i’ve tried everything and nothing works

The way I fixed my fifa from what ea told me to do was go on system configuration app press startup then open task manager disable everything on start up apps restart the pc and then go back to it enable ea launcher and try it again then if the ea launcher says it’s been disabled press unistall n then when it gives you the option of uninstalling or repair do repair then launch the game n it works
