Steam linked to wrong EA account, unable to unlink or access the original email

Question

Hi EA Support,
I purchased EA SPORTS FC 26 on Steam on 2025年11月15日 (order number: &lt;removed&gt;). When I launched the game, it automatically linked to an EA account with an email that is not mine, and I cannot log into that EA account to verify ownership.

I need help to:
1. Unlink my Steam account from the incorrect EA account.
2. Link my Steam account to my own EA account (my email: 【[edit: email address removed]】)
I have attached my Steam order screenshot and game playtime screenshot as verification. Please assist me with this as soon as possible.

Just as a heads up, I've edited your post to remove some account and order information. These are public forums, so please be cautious with what you post.
If your Steam has been linked to an EA account you can't access, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
The steps on&nbsp;this page would typically help you update that information, but since you don't have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify some account details will be able to take a look at this with you from there.
