Match Result Incorrect / Loss After Win

I am experiencing a serious issue in Squad Battles mode.After finishing and winning a match, the game disconnects or exits at the end of the match.The match is incorrectly counted as a forfeit (loss) instead of a win.This issue happens repeatedly and causes loss of Squad Battles points and ranking.This is not a manual quit from my side.

Please investigate this bug and restore fair gameplay
