Fc26 squad battles

Was in a game of FC26 Squad battles earlier today was in extra time winning on legendary so would of got over 2000 points until I was randomly kicked out of the game onto the games main menu I was also watching my tele on YouTube and that was absolutely fine I was able to log straight back into ultimate team and my phone was refreshing on social media. This has cost me over 2000 points definitely costing me Elite 2 and maybe Elite 3 I just really don’t think that’s fair.
