Nobody is going to fix it, they will just wait it out until the full game is out in a week and then the problem will go away. They already got your money when you preordered, they don’t care about anything else. I wish I had more optimistic news to share, but the last time they even acknowledged that they were “looking into it” and that they needed “help to see where the problem is” was 2 days ago on another thread in here
