Hi yes I had it cleaned professionally, roughly six weeks ago.

Ive heard of several people having the same issue, I'm assuming from your reply that there isn't a fix on the way then?

We're not currently aware of an issue that causes consoles to shut down. We'll provide an update if we have some news on this.
