Contacting EA will only end in tears.. Their only troubleshooting strategy is to deflect any and all responsibility to either you, your ISP, or your console manufacturer. For example, when their dogsh!t servers go down (as they have been for the past six hours here in Australia), the error message when trying to connect literally tells you it's you and your internet connections fault; they tell you the exact same thing when you can eventually figure out how to wriggle your way through their support pages to find the live chat function. I don't think there's a worse company (in any sector) for quality of service and customer support than EA.
