Fc26 Ultimate Edition Pre-order issues

Dear EA Sports,

I'm here to report a issue about The Fc26 Ultimate Edition Preorder as I play on Nintendo Switch and am expected to get 4500 fc  points over two months installation I have only received 3000 and the last fc points of 1500 was meant to be here by December I would like you to add the other 1500 to my Fc26 Ultimate Team by the 19 December
