FC26 Unable to retrieve kick-off data

I’m receiving the error message “Unable to retrieve kick-off data. Please try again.” in FC 26. Because of this, I can’t add a second player/controller in Kick-Off mode. Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or provide a solution?
