Been experiencing the exact same issue,

Have tried ea help, ea live chat, and have been given/told nothing other than sit back whilst they try to fix it.

Extremely frustrating especially with the limited time modes available right now etc 

What can we do😓

Prayer that ea actually care about us lol,

I naturally assume we should be given  some sort of compensation if this issue is sorted also.
