Can someone please help me! I have contact Ea help about this issue for weeks and get no closer to access. I still do not have access to the transfer market on the Web app or companion app. I have been playing the game for the past two months always completing fut champs and rivals, yet Ea keep telling me to just play the game. I have played for over 9hrs this past week, but when I look at my playtime, it only shows as 23 minutes! I have told Ea about this and nothing happens, and no one contacts me about this problem. It is a huge disadvantage playing this mode without the companion app. Please help&nbsp;

Still unable to receive and technical help that has brought me any closer to resolving this issue. Speaking on the chats is a waste of time because all they do is patronise you and give you basic help. Transfer market is still not granted, even though everything to unlock this feature has been completed in game. I have played every game mode and multiple matches everyday for over 3 months! It seems the problem is that my play count is not being recorder correctly, and everything I have tried does not resolve this. here I played over 10 rivals games and 5 fut champs games, but this is my play count records
