Hey superman5521 — sorry you’re running into this issue on your console. When your game gets stuck like that, it could be either cached network data or a corrupted settings/profile file. Please try these steps and see if that helps:
1.) Power cycle (full reset)
- Close the game, shut down the Xbox completely, and unplug the console (and your modem/router) for ~60 seconds. Plug back in and restart.
2.) Clear Alternate MAC Address (Xbox)
- Xbox Settings - Network - Advanced network settings - Alternate MAC Address - Clear -Restart.
3.) Clear Persistent Storage (Xbox)
- Xbox Settings - Devices & connections - Blu-ray - Persistent storage - Clear.
4.) Last resort: reinstall
- Uninstall FC 26, restart the console, reinstall, and don’t launch the game until it’s fully installed/updated.
