Fifa Clubs Rush Doesn't Work

It works when there's three people but barely, but when there's four people in a full team it does not work it's says unable to find additional teammates.. we have a full team of 4 for Rush!!!!! Two are on console and two of us are on PC... Similar thing happened in last FIFA but with three people in a party not working..
