FIFA FC 26 Freezing and Crashing Issue

I am writing to report a serious issue I have been experiencing with FIFA FC 26. The game consistently freezes either at the beginning or in the middle of the match, and I am unable to exit the game. The only solution is to force a restart of my PC using the power button. This issue has been ongoing for over a week now, and it is preventing me from playing the game entirely.

This problem is exclusive to FIFA FC 26. I can play other games without any issues, but FIFA FC 26 is unplayable. I need an urgent resolution to this problem, and I would also expect compensation for the inconvenience I have faced, as I have not been able to enjoy the game for a whole week.

Please look into this matter immediately and provide me with a quick solution.
