Finish Paredes Objectives, Cannot get the SP

I'm finishing the Paredes Objectives Group with the hope to get 3000 sp as the group rewards. But I did not have the SP (still have the card). 

The system message is I have reached the maximium SP for the hour but still there's no sign I can have my SP back. 

Expect some answer for my case soon as the next reward is the thing that I'm aiming for long.
