Formal Complaint – EA Play Failure & Support Handling

I understand this inbox is not standard customer support, but I am escalating an unresolved service issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 case number 222765148
I purchased EA Play Pro specifically for early access to FC 26 on September 18 (UTC+8). However, I was repeatedly blocked by entitlement errors (“Please activate product code”) and then locked out with a “Too many computers accessed” message despite only using a single PC. This meant I lost the early access I paid for.
To make matters worse, during my attempt to resolve this through EA Help, an agent closed my live chat after only three minutes of no response—even though I had told them I needed a moment to follow their instructions. This was dismissive and unprofessional.
I am requesting that:
My device activations be reset so I can play without further lockouts.
My complaint about the handling of my support case be formally reviewed.
I receive appropriate compensation (refund of my EA Play Pro subscription or equivalent credit such as FUT Points).
I am happy to provide screenshots and logs as evidence if needed.
