Fortuna Sittard crashing the game

I have had this problem now for a while. I transfered few players to Fortuna Sittard and few other teams and now always when I try to play with the team or try to transfer players etc. the game crashes. Is there something I can do? I would not want to reset the squads, because my created players and transfered players would disappear…
