Fps drop... PC (Video included)

Hello,

From day one I have this issue that is really annoying:

When I start the game and go to a match, something from the graphics changes and my fps goes down below 10... Its the same when i open a pack in UT. 

For example when i start a game in UT and this happens I need to quit the match, exit UT, go to kick off's  menu where I choose which side to control and then go back to UT and observe my fps... I need to do that like 4-5 times and then my FPS goes back to normal and I can play with stable 120fps in a match... It's really annoying... Sometimes I forget that the fps will drop in the first match and start playing immediately like in a normal game... 

I am waiting every patch with hope to see a fix for this but no...

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12500H (2.50 GHz)

 RAM 16 GB

NVIDIA RTX 3050 4GB
