Fps drop to 10

FPS drops to 10 or less I bought the game a week ago, and since then I haven't been able to play. Whenever I start a match, the frame rate drops significantly. I've adjusted the settings, including the graphics card settings, and everything else. The previous version of the game worked perfectly. I want to play this game, but I can't.
