FPS DROP
After every cutscene like celebration, the game plays in slow motion. OPTIMIZE THE GAME FOR PC!!!!
And even if i turn off strand hair and motion blur, they again become on.

I have same issue with a nvidia 4080 super and 79800x3d. Cant play the game. heavy gameplay and input lag
