FPS dropping in-game
The game runs smoothly, but sometimes I get FPS drops down to 5–10 FPS, and my CPU usage goes up to 100%. Please help

Those are pretty drastic FPS drops, sorry to hear that's been popping up for you. Is this happening in any specific modes, or fairly randomly across all of them?
Have you tried any particular troubleshooting steps so far, just so we don't have you repeating anything you've already done? If you can attach a Dxdiag that will give us a bit more information about your system to see what could be contributing to this, thanks.
