Fps drops and complete input lag

Since Patch 1.41, this game has just been complete with input lag and major fps drops down to 5 fps for pc users. You would think that after multiple reports of the same exact thing they would fix it by the time the next promo drops. Sadly, no it hasn't after almost a month of not playing. I have not been able to at least play one game since it start of toty and now its future stars. Hopefully they fix this soon.
