FPS drops, input delays, optimization problems..

The game is unplayable for a long time. Even my pc setup is qualified enough, there are always an fps problem. I get 5-10 fps when I try to have a match, and it continues until I restart the game. Sometimes I face with this problem only in the 2nd half. I tried everything, literally everything and spent 1 week to fix it but i couldnt. I’ve seen thousands of gamer’s comments and desperate possible solutions but none of them works for me.. This problem is real, help us
